BALLAD OF WALLIS ISLAND

Living alone on secluded Wallis Island, eccentric lottery winner Charles dreams of getting his favourite musical duo “McGwyer Mortimer” back together. The fantasy becomes real when the bandmates and former lovers agree to play a private show on the island, not realising they will be playing for an audience of one!

Penned by its leads Tom Basden and Tim Key, this finely tuned comedy also features terrific performances from Academy Award nominee Carey Mulligan (Maestro, Saltburn) and Sian Clifford (Fleabag).
