From Oscar-nominated British director Sean Ellis, Metro Manila is about a naive, poverty-stricken farmer who moves his young family to mega-city Manila seeking a better life. Trapped in an ever-worsening situation, he finally gets a break working as an armoured courier, but quickly discovers that all is not what it seems.
