PREMIERE OF TALKIES’ SHORT FILM COMMISSIONS 2015

27 APRIL 7.30

The festival finale – four new films shot locally by talented young film makers. Commissioned by Talkies, the premiere screening will be at this very special event. The films include tales of abduction by aliens, a private detective comedy,  a bizarre world where perfection is illegal and an animated memory about Bounds Green.

Our four successful commissions for the 2016 HERE FILM FESTIVAL are:

  • Stella Macdonald – For Our Cockroaches
  • Nick Flugge – Cul de Sac
  • Gary Roberts – The Problemless Anonymous
  • Adam Butcher – A Date with an Enfield
With musical introduction by local singer/songwriter  FREYA RIDINGS

Gary Roberts  is a filmmaker based in London.

“The Problemless Anonymous” is a short film about Ivan and his pursuit for imperfection in order to live a normal life.
